Major
Remodel and Upgrade....
Our condo, Unit
C-25, has been
completely
remodeled and upgraded. Both bathrooms were redone, replacing vanities,
sinks, faucets, shower valves, tile walls and floor, etc. The kitchen
had a wall removed and new cabinets installed. Throughout the unit all
flooring (both tile and carpet) was replaced, new base board and door
trim installed, and all areas repainted.
Our
condo has an ocean front view from its
private
lanai, and from the living room and master bedroom. The living
room
has a 52 inch plasma HD TV with digital HD cable and
VCR.
Ceiling fans are located in both bedrooms and the living room.
The fully equipped kitchen has a microwave, coffee maker, conventional
oven and stove, refrigerator/ice maker, and dishwasher as well as a
full
supply of glasses, dishes, and cooking utensils. The upstairs bedroom
(loft
style with bathroom) has two twin beds. The downstairs bedroom has a
king
bed. Both bedrooms have TVs. The private lanai is furnished with a
table
and four chairs and a lounge. The unit has a clothes washer and dryer.

"Beautiful condo. We love the view too!" R and L
"This condo is awesome! Beautiful cabinates and countertops. Napili is
the best kept secret in Maui..." R and C, Salt Lake, Utah
"Just awesome...great to see so many turtles. You have a wonderful
place here." JM, La Selva Beach, CA
To swim with turtles at your front doorstep was an amazing
experience...will highly recommend Napili to our Aussie friends..." The
S family, Newtown, Australia
A quick note to let you know how much we enjoyed our holiday, and how
comfortable your unit C25 was for our family.
I loved Napili, it was a nice change from Wailea, where we usually
stay.
SM, North Vancouver, Canada.
Swim with the turtles...
This turtle photo was taken while snorkeling in the cove in front of
the condo. Many turtles live in the cove and are a real
treat
to observe. The snorkeling here is excellent. In addition to the
turtles
there are many fish and coral. Many guests have commented that the
snorkeling
is the best part of their visit to our condo.
Location...
The condo is located in a low rise, ocean front resort
located
directly on the ocean and Honokeana Cove. The resort is located a few
miles
North of Lahaina and Kaanapali and just south of Kapalua Bay and Napili
Bay. The beautiful Napili Bay white sand beach is just a short walk
along
an oceanfront path. There is excellent snorkeling at the resort
(Honokeana
Cove). From the lanai you can view the turtles and sometimes dolphins
(and whales in season!). Snorkeling is also very good at
Kapalua
and Napili
Bays,
with-in easy walking distance. Golf and tennis are available at the
Kapalua
Resort. The Kapalua West Maui Airport is less than five minutes away.
Kahului
Airport is about a 50 minute drive, depending on traffic.
The resort has two swimming pools, with nearby
outdoor
barbecue grills (both gas and charcoal), and picnic tables. Next door
are
two restaurants. At Napili Bay and at Kapalua there are several more
excellent
restaurants.
Internet and Telephone Communications...
High speed
internet connections
via cable modem are now
available.
The cost is $9.95/day or $39.95/week or $54.95/month. The unit has a
telephone,
but the long distance rates to the mainland are very high so I suggest
using a cell phone or calling card for long distance. Local calls,
including
800 numbers, are 50 cents for the first 30 minutes and then 10
cents/minute
for all minutes over the first 30.
About the Beach...
The beautiful Napili Bay white sand beach is just a short walk (about
150
yards) along an ocean front path. The beach is uncrowded and good for
swimming,
snorkeling, and boggie boarding. It is usually fairly calm as in the
picture,
but can get large waves in season. There is a very nice beach front
restaurant
at the end of the beach. It services breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Other Amenities: 2 pools, lush
tropical gardens, gas and charcoal BBQ grills, Linens provided.
Bed Set-up:
1 king, 2 twins, 1 sleeper
sofa
Things to
do...
Golf at nearby Kaanapali or Kapalua, tennis at Kapalua, whale and
turtle
watching, bike down from 10,000 feet, hiking, biking, swimming,
surfing,
snorkeling, scuba diving, fishing, horseback riding, shopping, boating,
sailing, windsurfing, parasailing, jet skiing, live theater, many great
restaurants, go to a Luau, go sightseeing in Lahaina or Hana.
