Minimum
Stay: Seven night minimum stay. However,
bookings can be made for less that 7 nights, when available, within 30
days of arrival. 10 nights minimum during any period which includes Christmas Day or New Years Day.
Occupancy: Four included in rate. Additional $25/night per person for 5th and 6th person. Maximum of 6 people
Deposits: Fifty percent deposit must be paid by
credit
card at time of reservation. MC and VISA cards are
accepted.
Balance plus a $250 security deposit and tax is due 45 days prior to scheduled
arrival. Failure to pay balance 45 days prior to scheduled arrival
shall result in an automatic cancellation of the reservation.
Cancellations: Deposit is refunded only if
cancellations
are made 120 days prior to scheduled arrival (less a $150 cancellation
fee). Cancellations made less than 120 days prior to scheduled arrival
will result in forfeiture of your full deposit. Cancellations made less
than 45 days prior to scheduled arrival will result in forfiture of all
payments made, with the exception of the $250 security deposit which
will be refunded. If we are able to rebook any portions of your
cancelled reservation we will refund that portion to you less the $150
cancellation fee.
Maid Service: Free interim maid
service provided one time for stays of 10 nights nor more, and one time per week for stays of 16
nights or more. This maid service will consist of
towel
exchanges, linen exchange and remaking beds, cleaning bathrooms, and
cleaning floors including lanai. Additional maid service can be
purchased for $85 per cleaning to be paid with final payment 45 days
prior to scheduled arrival.
Towels: All necessary towels and linen are provided by our laundry service. Six beach towels are also provided, but they are not replaced during your stay. A clothes washer and
dryer are in the unit. Please do not leave the towels at the pool or beach or in your car. We are charged for any missing towels. This cost will be deducted from your Security Deposit.
Cleaning Fee: No cleaning fee for stays of 7 nights or more. $197 cleaning fee for stays of less than 7 nights.
Parking Fee: None
This
is a non smoking unit. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the unit or
on the lanai. Violation of this no smoking policy will result in a
special cleaning fee of $250! In addition, to comply with new state
laws the entire resort is now non smoking with the exception of three
outside areas where smoking is permitted.
