Minimum Stay: Seven night minimum stay for Unit C-20.

Deposits: One night's deposit per room must be paid by credit card at time of reservation. For Christmas and High season, two night's deposit is required. AMEX, MC, VISA,  and DISCOVER cards are accepted. Balances are due at check-out except for Christmas and Presidents Day holidays (Dec. 22 through Dec. 31 and Feb. 15 through Feb. 22) when entire payment must be made no later than 30 days prior to scheduled arrival.
 

Cancellations: Full deposits are refunded only if cancellations are made:

  •  30 days prior to arrival for stays between Dec. 22-Dec. 31 and for Feb. 15 through Feb. 22
  •  7 days prior to arrival for High Season
  •  3 days prior to arrival for Low Season
    •
    Family Plan: Children under 18 stay at no additional charge if they occupy existing beds in the room with their parents. Add fees for a rollaway and for a crib.

    Maid Service: Rates include daily maid service.

    Occupancy: Maximum of 6 people
