Stay: Seven night minimum stay. However,
bookings can be made for less that 7 nights, when available, within 60

Cancellations: Deposit is refunded only if

Maid Service: Additional maid service can be
purchased for $85 per cleaning to be paid with final payment 45 days
prior to scheduled arrival.
Cleaning Fee: No cleaning fee for stays of 7 nights or more. $197 cleaning fee for stays of less than 7 nights.
Parking Fee: None
is a non smoking unit. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the unit or
on the lanai. Violation of this no smoking policy will result in a
special cleaning fee of $250! In addition, to comply with new state
laws the entire resort is now non smoking with the exception of three
outside areas where smoking is permitted.
